The Museum costs a great deal of money to run.

Our traditional home in historic Fulwood Barracks is provided for us, but we receive no funding for the preservation, maintenance, development and display of the collection and archives.

​

All work on collating the largest regimental archive in the United Kingdom, and dealing with the many hundreds of research requests which we receive, is carried out mainly by our highly-dedicated team of volunteers, who donate many hours of their time, and without whom the Museum could not operate.
